Jane Merle

Hi, I’m Jane!

When it comes to buying or selling a home, you deserve a level of service that’s second to none. After nearly two decades working in college administration—and experiencing a less-than-stellar home sale myself—I decided to earn my real estate license and raise the standard of service clients receive. My mission is to provide every buyer and seller with an exceptional experience before, during, and long after closing.

My husband and I fell in love with Lake Anna in 2014, built our home here, and now enjoy the beauty and relaxation of lake life with family and friends.

When I’m not helping clients find their dream home, you’ll find me boating, taking girls’ trips with my college besties, visiting my grandchildren, or exploring Virginia’s many vineyards. I’m also a proud Boston Red Sox fan and a follower of college sports—especially Furman University, Randolph-Macon College, and the University of Virginia.
