Brittany Olive

My hope is to bring you a level of service that is like you are one of my own family members. I am a wife to a great husband and a mother of three small children. I have a special place in my heart for young families. I was raised on a farm and that has allowed me from an early age to have a strong work ethic, high moral standards and stable core values. The most important things in my life are my love for Jesus Christ, my family, and all things horses.

Living in historically rich communities both in Hanover, and Louisa has allowed me to develop and nurture my great interests in historic homes with character. When I show older homes or properties that need tender loving care, I use my knowledge to help my Clients see the possibilities. My experiences are an invaluable tool in helping me relate to buyers and sellers alike. With my extensive knowledge of central Virginia and interior design, I'd like to think I have the ability to interpret clients needs and wants.

As a result of my professionalism and high quality of service I maintain a strong referral base. Clients receive an exceptional level of personal attention, including frequent communication on listing activities with my sellers and consistent status updates with my buyers. I have an integrated network of long standing relationships with affiliated real estate service providers such as home inspectors, mortgage representatives, and design consultants to help deliver any assistance that my clients may need throughout the entire process and long after the sale. So, whether you’re looking to lay down roots at a rural property or a home in the suburbs - I'd LOVE to help make your residential dreams come true!
